Black screen

Hi my sky glass TV will not switch on. No volume or picture. Have done soft and hard reboot.

You'd better ring Sky then for further troubleshooting and potential replacement. If you've only just received it make sure they exchange it for a brand new one, not a refurb.

Can you folllow the advice here, sometimes needs a few attempts, namely step 4 the recovery procedure;
