Black and white strip on my tv

Can any one help. My tv has a black and white stripe at the right side of the picture

Turn it off at the wall for ten minutes or so then power it back on and hopefully that should clear it. This is a regularly reported software glitch that has been present on Sky Glass since it launched four years ago. 

If the power reboot doesn't fix it then you should ring Sky for further troubleshooting and potential replacement of your TV if it's still under warranty.

Hi @Jackie174 I had a similar problem about 3 years ago with a Glass TV and that worked for me as well and luckily it never came back. If it does reoccur and you are within your 24 month warranty period I would give Sky a call and discuss getting your Glass TV replaced.
