Black Friday offer not working
Today, I received Black Friday deals. This included a Sky Glass Air for £3pm if taken with Sky Cinema for £8pm and Whole Home for £6pm. The ad stated that this was for existing Sky customers only, which I am. When trying to get the deal online, it crashed or didn't show prices advertised. I phoned an advisor but he said the deal was probably incorrectly worded.
However, I believe that Sky should honour the deal as advertised.

Re: Black Friday offer not working
Are you an existing Sky Q or Sky+ customer or do you already have a streaming TV subscription?
It reads to me like this offer is only for those switching from Sky+ or Sky Q.

Thank for replying. I think it's very ambiguous advertising then. I'm currently a Sky Glass subscriber, but that IS Sky TV.

I agree, very ambiguous.
It's probably the fact you already have a Glass TV that prevents you getting another at a discount, or perhaps if you've ever had Whole Home, Cinema or Sports in the past as it dictates that you must have a 'new' subscription to one of those to get the deal.
Might be worth trying to speak to a different, more clued up adviser in order to get some clarity on the t's and c's of the offer.
