I'm not sure if anyone has faced this or a similar issue, but I'm finding that everytime i pause a movie/program, my Sky Glass TV automatically opens a BBC news alert player and starts giving me live news updates.
It's frustrating because everytime it happens, the previous app I was using to play movies etc then has to be re-opened and i lose my time stamp.
I wouldn't mind if the feature activated maybe 15 minutes into pause time, but it is happening everytime I hit pause.
The sky customer care team have not offered any assistance or knowledge on how to resolve this issue.
Please can someone else help?
