Audio sync issues

Random audio sync issues on certain channels and platforms, BBC and Amazon Prime the worst, but can crop up anywhere.

 

Tried the suggested fix of switching to PCM Stereo but that didn't work.

 

Is there a plan in place to fix this issue, which seems to be prevalent across Glass and Stream users? It's driving me nuts. Nowhere near good enough from Sky.

Update on this: I have performed a full factory reset and it's just as bad, if not worse. Across all channels, including Sky. What are next steps please?

There are no other steps. 
All Sky have said is that they hope to "improve" lip sync in the next software update. 
I gave up waiting & cancelled. There are no such lip sync issues on my other streaming devices which store apps locally rather than remotely on a server (as Sky does). The NOW app offers UHD/HDR & Atmos without any lip sync issues too.
