I'm trying to share my SkyGo account, I've invited my sister but she's sent me a screenshot where it says I need to sign a CCA agreement. I can’t find this anywhere. I’ve had my Sky TV and broadband service for over a month and haven’t received anything asking me to do this. I have no emails about it and there’s no pending actions on my Sky app. The "Your Sky Order" account doesn't include any links or any mention of a CCA agreement. I have no clue how I'm supposed to do this? I've tried different browsers and devices, there is nothing asking me to sign anything either in the Sky app or online.

How did you invite your sister?
You can't share a Sky account with another household!
Sky accounts are single household at a single address!
Do you mean you invited your sister to set up a Sky Glass account?

I invited her via the People & Sharing section in the MySky app. We're in the same household, you're allowed to share your Sky services with up to 5 members of your family or friends.

She should use the same logon credential (username/password) as you😉
