Most likely due to an unstable or slow broadband connection.

What speed does the network check in the Netflix app report ?

All streaming works best via ethernet, WiFi can be subject to intereference and affected badly by the number of devices sharing the connection.

I have had my sky glass tv  connected by cable from the hub since  I first got it back in November  2021, before that my sky q box was connected  that the broadband  engineer  said it is the best way, sky glass  55inch tv  1 puck superfast broadband
