When watching normal digital channels after a while it stops and brings up the TV guide. This happens a lot and usually when adverts are likley to start. When watching sky channels we keep getting a message saying there is a technical fault try again later.
We are new customers and not particularly happy. What can we do to stop this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jamesw79 have you tried a reboot of the TV. Put it into standby, turn it off at the plug for 30 seconds before turning it back on.
