AirPlay on glass without a subscription

Is there a way to enable Apple HomeKit on glass without a subscription. I'm on QS038.025.00P 

it doesn't even show up on airplay devices and I see a manage settings button under the airplay section of the settings but no support

Air play is for apple devices  like iPhone and you link your  iPhone  with airplay to show things  like photos from your  phone on the tv and does not need a subscription to use it
