Additionall sky glass tv

Two attemps to order a second sky glass tv have resulted in failure. A glitch in the ordering in the sky glass 'back office' I am told. Anyone else had a similar problem? The tv shows on my home set up page as ordered but noting arrivess, no confirmation email, no delivery dates.. Still awaiting a call back from Sky..... Any ideas??

You'll need to wait for the back office to resolve it as we are customers here.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
