When a film is split by a 5 minute entertainment type program and I've added the first half to my playlist why doesn't it save the 2nd part after the entertainment program? If I use the 'add to playlist' tick button, it thinks I'm removing it from my playlist. I have a few films saved now but only the first half. So frustrating!!

Yeah you can't record films that are split like that on Sky Glass or Sky Stream as that systems records based on the actual film/episode of a TV show as opposed to a time slot detailed via the EPG.
The streaming platform expects the film to be provided in one go as a film isn't split into seasons and episodes which is the reason it won't record. The only way of watching films broadcast in this way is either live or by watching the film on a relevant on-demand app if it's available on them and you have a valid subscription.

Re: Adding entire film to playlist
@Katcha06 Thats the way the broadcaster has chosen to add it to the system, it is the same on Sky Q the likes of channel 5 who put a another program mid film means users need to add the both parts to either record (on Sky Q) or the playlist on Sky Glass/Stream.

@GD1 I can't seem to be able to do that. If I press the + button on the first part it says "added to playlist". When I press it again for the 2nd part it says "removed from playlist".

Re: Adding entire film to playlist
As I've posted elsewhere on, the issue is caused by the channels themselves which split content to evade Ofcom regulation on the amount of advertising permitted within a film runtime.
