Not had any service for 15 days, can't activate my account

@Oz5  Why can't you activate Sky Glass?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky are saying that it's a software issue, but it's been 15 days now that I haven't had any service

What happens when you turn on the tv ? Does it start going through the setup process ? If so when does it fail ?
