Accessing TV

I can turn on TV but its coming up with no signal and wont go any further than blank screen

@Dinnyloo  Do you have Sky Stream?  as you've posted in the Sky Glass TV board and Sky Glass defaults to the inbuilt Sky TV Guide.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Dinnyloo  Try rebooting both your router and Glass/puck.   They can both be done by unplugging them for a couple of minutes and then plugging them back in again and allowing them to reboot.  Do the router first and wait for it to completely reboot before doing the Glass/puck.

 

If that doesn't help then go to settings / network / Network connection and reset it.  Make sure you have your SSID and password handy.
