Hi can anybody tell me if I order 2 Sky Glass TV would one of them work with WiFi wireless signal instead of Ethernet cable to other tv?

You can have them connected to the router by either wifi or ethernet. So yes one could be on wifi and other on ethernet or both wifi / ethernet. They don't connect to each other.

Indeed the topology that does not work is connecting one with the other over ethernet cable (which would be possible with Sky Q boxes)
