1 channel not working

Channel challenge is not working for the past few weeks. Either doesn't load and says technical issue, or is start program from beginning when the live has ended it chucks you out, or freezes and then jumps. All other channels are working. I have restarted the TV and WIFI, and also gone into settings and refreshed all apps. Any ideas?

Hi @Em179 

 

I've just checked on my Glass and Challenge is working, along with watch from start.

 

Given that you've already restarted etc I would suggest you contact Sky directly who will be able to troubleshoot and see if it's an account issue etc.
