It does not matter what I do I have audio description on everything, every channel, every show. And I have it set on OFF on the remote. This has been asked before and I have already tried the suggestions then, of going to settinfgs/accessibility and turning audio description on and off again, but it doesnt work. I've tried doing it through the channel too by ? functions.

If you have set audio description to off is it then on live broadcasts or content you have recorded because if it is the later then this is correct as it had to have been off at the time of the recording.
