Subtitles

I have subtitles on permanently but they are not there when watching anything on BBC iplayer. I've tried the help button on iplayer which tells me about audio description or signing, but not subtitles. So annoying.

Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the subtitles within the BBC iPlayer app. If you're experiencing issues with subtitles not displaying correctly or not working as expected, you'll need to contact the BBC iPlayer Support team directly, as they'll be best placed to investigate and assist further.
