Subtitles

I am very hard of hearing and rely heavily on subtitles. I have Sky Q installed recently. On my recordings of Murdoc Mysteries which I like there are no subtitles even though  they are available on live program. Very disappointing as I like to record this in advance. Is there any way around this.

I don't know about the availability of subtitles for any particular programme either live or on recording it but there's no harm in you emailing the Viewer Relations Team and asking them at viewerR@sky.uk
