Why can't I get subtitles on my sky+ box. I have tried everything possible according to sky advice but nothing. It is spoiling my tv watching. I am wondering if its because sky hasn't changed the clock back yet.

An update is scheduled for 2.10am Thursday to fix the time plus you can manually update now if you don't want to wait
