I'm with you on this one, I have a blind daughter too, and we had to move from Sky HD due to it being fazed out, and lost the 'Sky Talker' she had, we waitied 3 years for the assessabilty talking menu, and like you are really dissapointed with Sky (were once the best at this sort of thing) She is always asking when will she be able to watch Netflix-Prime etc, as there is no assistance yet... if you go to a paln fire stick, it has it? so whats the hold up, Yes we should be offered a discount as she cannot get half the programs. Sky glass looks a better system, as recordings are now 'playlists' but do they keep the AD when added to the cloud. I appreaciate changing times, but it seems to me a big race to make the next buck, and not releasing a quality product, has Channel 4 agreed to streaming yet? just one thing that was kept quiet! very annoyed customer.
