Nothing working

We need an engineer to come out and reset our sky tv. Can't do it myself as parly poor vision

What sort of Sky box? Sky+? Sky Q? Sky Stream?

 

Does the power light on your Sky box change to green when you turn it on? Is anything displayed on your tv?
