Discussion topic: Not being able to speal

Hi all, unfortuntley i lost the ability to soeak due tto tounge caner last year, however it sort of of come back and people could under stand me, however following on to additional surgery last week its gone again im trying to see what sky can do to help me contact them but not luck so any tips would be great.
