For the last two weeks there have been no subtitles on episodes of Kumkum Bhagya on Zee TV. Would this be a Sky issue or that particular channel?

@robert+petal It would be down to that particular channel as Sky can only be responsible for their own channels.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
