No accessibility option in settings

Screen has suddenly magnified.

Impossible to navigate!

if I go to settings and look for accessibility no option displays

@Desdichad0 what sort of Sky box? Sky+? Sky Q? Sky Stream? Have you tried switching the box off at the plug for a few minutes?

• yes that's fixed it. Sorry to be clueless, still finding out how to fix stuff since my husband died
