My sky app problems

Too many problems especially if someone is disabled and has a family too then SKY VIP is no USE.

ive been a sky customer for over 16 years. Sky do have a reward system which I look forward too but:

1) a lot of the rewards such as holidays competitions are for single people so I cant even apply as I cant go on my own and I need to relie on my family so being disabled its quite discriminating actually with sky. If its a holiday giveaway it should be for the family as parents cant leave their kids behind either. Its unfair and not rewarding for loyal customers.

2) the ballots- there is no where to find the distance of places from your postcode so you have to manually search the distance of each place to see which is close. Again this is time consuming and not worth it for disabled people who have physical disabilities and cannot do that. It should always show distance and city next to the ballot and be able to be arranged by distance using postcode or location.

3) auto fill- some of the rewards require address and i have to always type it which again is not ideal for people with disabilities. Some rewards have it auto filled like phone number but the rewards that require address are often not auto filled and at times i have to leave entering competitions/ rewards because of this.

Because of these reasons despite my loyalty, i cannot enter for prizes, rewards because of a poor sky app which is not suitable for disabled and people with children. Its good for singles and fit people which is great for them. Dont get me wrong some rewards are for families but a lot that i tried to enter are not for families or disabled singles.

Lastly, the sports rewards are for only 2 people so again not fit for purpose.

Please sky dont discriminate disabled people and people with families. We should have an equal chance at the rewards system as we are your loyal customers too.
