Block outgoing phone number

Hi,

My mum has dementia and is ringing up our old house number asking for my deceased dad. Is there anyway we can block this number from being dialled from her phone as the other person is being very annoyed by this.

Have you contacted the accessibility team regarding the issue?   https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/  Your mum would be eligible for extra support but she would need to be registered with them.
