Audio Description

Recorded a few programmes this week and for some reason all have audio descriptions.
Checked accessibility settings and AD is turned off (as normal)
How can I reset it please?

If I remember correctly you can't remove it from recordings already made, but if it's off, new recordings and live programmes shouldn't have it.

If it's still playing, try restarting your Sky box by switching it off at the plug for 4 nineties.

I have tried restarting after switching off for 4 mins but it's still happening with new recordings. #mystery

Odd. I've not seen problems with it reported before. Are you certain it's turned off? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/enabling-audio-description
