Accessible Remotes and EPG Simplification for Stream

My 84 year old father has Parkinson's Disease. He has virtually no movement in his left arm/hand and limited movement in his right. He is now in a nursing home, and although the home have Sky in the day room, he spends very little time in there. He has been a sports fan all his life and prior to moving into the home, he spnt most of his day watinching Sky Sports. We've got him Sky Stream for his room at the home, but he struggling with the remote. He can just about manage the voice control but scrolling up and down channels is very problematic for him. As for the EPG/Sky Guide/Interface, he cannot fathom it out at all.

I have a couple of questions:-

1. Are there any alternmative remotes that would be better for him?

2. What accessibility options are there for the EPG/Sky Guide/Interface? Is there a 'simple' menu option?

Hi @DiscoGaza

Welcome to the Sky Community.

At this time, we don't have an accessibility remote for Sky Stream.

Our accessibility pages may offer more info on the features available, alternatively, it may be worth speaking directly to our accessibility team who may be able to offer specific tips based on your dad's needs.
