Accessibility

Is there a software update available so that it makes it possible to manually adjust the volume of the audio description?

Kind regards

Adrian

@Adrianpr  Audio description is provided by the broadcasters at the level they feel is correct, there is no software that can override this.

Re: Accessibility

If there is a way to do this on the tv, why isn't this possible from the sky q box?

@Adrianpr  It's embeded within the normal sound tracks, as already advised you cannot override the levels, turning up the TV volume will also increase the volume on the programmes background noise also.

The Sky Q box has no volume controls.

@Adrianpr

That certainly is a feature that should be seriously considered by the Industry, and it wouldn't be too hard to implement because AD is encoded separately technically in the signal.
