Hi - my mother has accessibility and mobility issues. When she upgraded to Sky Q last year she was promised modified Accessibility and Easy Grip remote to help deal with the change of interface. These never arrived. I have tried ringing the dedicated accessibility phone number I was given, but that doesn't seem to work any more? From what I can see on previous posting the remotes were discontuned a while back? How can that be a good idea?
Anyone help me out?
