Well done Lewis

I phoned Sky today and was faced with a long wait. But that was ok as I was on a long drive home. 

I got put through to Lewis and he was simply excellent. As a police officer and dad of three we are struggling in the current cost of living crisis. Lewis, while clearly selling Sky products and doing his company proud, was so dignified and decent. He reduced our bill by £20 and maintained our access levels AND worked Netflix in (which my young son is ecstatic about). Times are hard just now but this chap (Welsh accent if you're struggling to find him) was on point and lovely. Well done Lewis, well done Sky 

it's easy to criticise in the current climate. But I can't criticise Lewis or Sky
