Called this morning about my phone and was given excellent service. I asked about my out of contract TV subscription and was again pleasantly surprised by the excellent help and attention I received.

The lively assistant  managed to find me an improved service, no change to my tv package and a reduction in my subscription!

Brilliant  news for a couple living on pensions!
