Tommy is one of the Loyalty Team Support Team.  I was on the telephone for over two hours today trying to sort out my Sky TV package, we looked at it together and was able to sort a contract that I was happy with.  I also came away with a very competitive Broadband deal as my main aim was to try to cut my monthly outgoings.

Tommy was incredibly patient and extremely professional.  I would just like to feedback to Sky what a lovely, pleasant employee they have, nothing was too much trouble.

Tommy was happy to go through everything with me and was happy to answer the questions that I had.  I truly felt that I'd had the best possible customer service.
