Yesterday I had the best phone experience ever! Memo was so patient knowledgeable (did I spell that right) and determined to help me. We had such a laugh and it was so refreshing to have a call with someone who managed to make me smile and fix my problem . I'm pretty sure he also advised a career choice and convinced me that i'm not going to turn 70 surrounded by cats. I work with customers face to face in banking so I know the pressure customers service is but your Memo is truly a diamond. I'm thinking maybe i'll have problems with my sky every now and again Memo . I even admitted to Memo the closest relationship I have is my full size cut out of Jason Mamoa and no he doesnt come to bed with me ,tut tut ,he's a burglar deterant at my window. Anyway Memo convinced me that's not so weird. He professionally had a laugh with me and brought me back to my initial reason for calling. So Memo here is a YEEEEEEHA! form this wannabe cowgirl .
