Contract Renewal

I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Mohammed (Tawakkal) in the Values department, who assisted me on my second call today.

After a disappointing first call where I was told no better offer was available, I was fortunate to be connected with Mohammed. He properly verified my details, took the time to review my account thoroughly, and found a significantly better deal—reducing my TV package more than I expected while confirming an existing deal I had with my broadband was still the most cost-effective option.

As a Sky customer for 18 years, I can confidently say Mohammed is one of the best advisers I’ve spoken to. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me. He’s a credit to your team, and I hope both he and his manager are recognised for the excellent service he provided.

How do i renew  contract and get competive price or do i have to leave
