I wanted to send a huge thank you to the advisor who helped me today, June 19th. I called in at 10:22 AM from the phone number registered to my account.
The member of staff was incredibly friendly. It was so refreshing to actually speak to a human who was not just reading from a script. They made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free.
Please pass this praise along to the advisor and their manager. They deserve the recognition!
 
I am in the middle of transfer my mobile number and so the customer service questions never appeared on my mobile as I have a temp number. I just wanted to relay this message on to her as she was delightful
