Phoned sky today to have a look at my broadband package. A reoresentative from Sky named Simon was absolutely amazing, he provided a fantastic service today. It was so nice to be able to communicate with him, he listened to my needs. Throughout then whole process he was incredibly polite, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire call. Simon went above and beyond to sort out my broadbaond. Thank you
