Massive thanks to June who sorted our broadband out, ringing me back on two different numbers several times. She was superb and a credit to your company. If only there were more in customer services in general like her. 

She then went above and beyond, I mentioned we'd had nothing but true and inconsistencies with our bill since April and she sorted this as well. Thankyou again. Matt
