My daughter in law and I spoke to Ethan this morning to sort out my Sky package, he was extremely friendly and incredible at his job. He helped us to understand the offers and packages as well as giving us the truth about what was the better priced option. In all honesty, we rang up to cancel everything but he worked his magic and managed to help us to only have the package i needed despite other colleagues of his forcing me into ones I didn't want, need or understand. We are immensely grateful for him. 5 star employee!!

He also informed us of the mobile deals that I was unaware of and that could save me a lot of money also. A truly wonderful person with great customer service skills that has just completely helped me out a lot financially.
