I would like to send a big thank you to Ross who helped us on Thursday morning to solve a problem with our Sky Q box.

I give Ross ten out of ten for his excellent help in fixing our problem. He was so polite, pleasant and patient.

we know that he is based in a busy city in Bulgaria.
