I just wanted to say thanks to Elaine for her excellent customer service.

She managed to knock my bill from £75 to £51, but I also had a lovely chat with her after having a rubbish day.

She was really lovely and cheered me up.

She is Scottish and has worked for sky in total, 20 ish years. I rang at 11.34, so please pass my thanks on
