Thank you

I called Sky today to talk about renewing my contract, and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who sorted me out with a new 24 month contract.

He asked me if I could complete a survey after the call, which I thought would be sent to me by email, but as it still hasn't arrived I've got a horrible feeling I should have stayed on the phone for it.

His name was Vedaanta, and I wanted to thank him for all that he did. He was great. 

If at all possible, can the survey please be sent to me.so I can complete it.
