Thank you message

I would like to personally thank a young man called JACK in cancellations. He went above and beyond to resolve my problem. He was also very polite and sorted out my problem with his manager without me having to speak to said person. If it would be possible to sent card or gift to Jack please let me know. Once again JACK A BIG THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP.
