Tanya and Julian attended my home address last week to assist setting up my new router and boosters.
they arrived together and Tanya explained she was Julian's sign support as he was fully deaf.
it was an absolute honour to have Julian working in our home! He was quick, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing!
they both engaged with my young son (even though in his police costume he tried to arrest them several times) and showed him the sky van which had Spider-Man on! His day was made.
everything was explained to us thoroughly and Julian demonstrated how to use our new equipment.
