Thank you, AJ!

I want to send out a massive thank you to AJ (Arjun) from the customer loyalty team!

I've had an issue with Sky, which started over a year ago and has had a domino effect that has resulted in poor customer service and no resolution.  However, I spoke to AJ and the issue was resolved very quickly. AJ was both professional and friendly, and truly listened to my complaint. If there were misunderstandings on my side, AJ carefully, and respectfully, explained things so that I understood.

When necessary, AJ escalated to management on the call and constantly provided updates (instead of leaving me in the dark like previous call handlers).

 

AJ is a great asset to the team and our conversation was delightful. I finally felt heard.
