I want to say how amazing Christian( from Bulgaria ), one of your technical support team members was . I contacted him yesterday evening as there was a problem with my tv connection. He was extrrmely helpful, patient with me and very customer focused, intetacting in both a friendly but professional way.
Sky are very lucky to have him on their team and I was extremely fortunate to have got him yesterday.
