I had been trying to get my broadband sorted for three weeks, and Galin was brilliant. I called after 6pm when he was due to finish at 6:30pm, but he still took the time to properly resolve the issue, change the necessary details and make sure everything was sorted.
He was helpful, patient and personable throughout, with a great sense of humour too. Really appreciate him going the extra mile to get this resolved.
