I have been left "as happy as Larry"
from my call this afternoon with the utterly brilliant Larry
"the one and only"
never spoken to her before but full of personality, engaging friendly, energetic and enthusiastic to turn around my sky issues from mid selling and bad customer service from others.
Larry is a superstar and if not already should be highly thought of in your organisation
I have full confidence in everything that has been discussed will happen and you now have a happy sky customer again thanks to Larry
I hope management see this feedback and reward Larry for her superb customer service
