I spoke to an advisor on Monday evening (I'm sure his name was Ian) as I was having a problem with my broadband installation. He was extremely helpful and polite and explained the issue I was having (which required a different lead to the one I had). He arranged for a super fast delivery of the lead, which came the next day and worked exactly as he said it would. So refreshing to be able to call for support and get exactly what was needed!
