Still no Discovery plus.

It all started with Tiscali getting hacked. Passwords were changed and I swopped to G Mail. 
Despite numerous calls to Sky help desk I am no nearer getting Discovery + 

I think that the problem lies with Sky only taking the D+ service and patching it through to us. In otherwords they do not have the necessary info to process the problem themselves.  I was given a D+ contact email link which I filled in but never got a reply. Pretty sure I have given up now. 
You are correct in saying that Sky help desk just lead you round in circles.
